Weekly update 18th September

The week has flown by in Year 6.  The children have really settled into learning and are developing a growth mindset so that they can tackle challenging work.  We have been learning more about Benin Kindodom in our History lessons this week.  Ask your child to explain how the Kingdom was formed and they will be able to tell you what a conglomerate is, along with explaining the term dynasty.  Take time to look at the Knowledge Organiser on this history topic, which you'll find here on our class page.

Thomas L achieved the superstar for good attitude in class, joining in, reading, handwriting and use of grammar.

Heidi achieved the Christian Value for showing thankfulness in class worship.
